After our children's older cousins who had graduated from Keming Primary School in the year 2010, it is known that Mdm Tong (Malaysian) has been given special privileges yearly in teaching only two Chinese classes each year after 2010 (in 2011 onwards) and she has even become the Senior Chinese Teacher in our children's school after 2010 (in 2011 onwards).
But our children (and even our neighbours' kids) who were in Mdm Tong's Higher-Chinese classes over these recent years after 2010 (in 2011 onwards), hardly got to see her coming to conduct theteaching of the actual Higher-Chinese lessons. Mdm Tong's Higher-Chinese classes were often being mainly taught by many different new young Chinese trainee-teachers like Mr Wan Huaming, Mr Kenny Tan, Ms Lu Wen etc.
And the young Singaporean Chinese teacher Ms Serene Lim who was the main P1 Chinese-In-Charge planning the P1 Chinese learning schedule for the entire year in 2013.
(Note: Despite the fact that Mdm Tong was always seen physically around in the school over these recent years).
This has been very strange and puzzling to many parents with Higher-Chinese children in Mdm Tong's Higher-Chinese classes for these past recent years.
Over these recent years, we parents have been very puzzled and really wonder:
•What has Mdm Tong been doing in the school these recent years after she has become the Senior Chinese Teacher for Chinese Language in the school after 2010 (in 2011 onwards)?
•Especially Mdm Tong the Senior Chinese Teacher who is given new young trainee-teachers and flexi-adjunct old teachers as her assistants every year to help her in the marking of her two Chinese
classes' workbooks, worksheets etc and even the teaching of her yearly two Chinese classes since in 2011 onwards.
•Is Mdm Tong preoccupied all these recent years with only doing typical administrative work in
